Ms. Soulisa Souvannalath

Ms. Soulisa Souvannalath has been working as the Gender Officer for ADWLE since 2018. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Art in Social Worker from the Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Laos.

She has a keen interest in development work, especially raising awareness on women’s rights and gender equality in order to achieve equal rights for women in society. She is a strong advocate for gender equality, empowering Authorities and dissemination of disease prevention campaigns. She has an experience as a peace building trainer and carrying out trainings having done so in 2014 as a volunteer at Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). Her skills are well utilized in this current position where she trains communities on Gender Equality, disease prevention, women’s rights. 

The things done are happy like: she enjoys doing is seeing the target community succeed in their dreams and they achieve what they have learned from my broadcasts. Especially, of her achievements and dreams: She want to be a social worker who is socially trustworthy.

Soulisa Souvannalath, her free time she always she enjoys inventing activities game to apply to his field of work and share in another the workshops.
