Mr. Santisouk Siphonexay

I’m Santisouk
Siphonexay
has been working as the Law Manager for ADWLE since 2017. I graduated with a
Bachelor’s degree of Civil Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences,
National University of Laos, Vientiane Capital.

Tasks and responsibilities:

-Prepare
activity plans, budget plans, be trainers on gender, legal related to women,
gender-based violence, safe labor migration and anti-Human trafficking…, for
project target groups;


Report on activities, participate in the formulation of various policies of the
organization, and assist the director in writing quarterly and annual reports,
participate in writing project proposals;


Coordinate with project target groups from the village level, educational
institutions, partners of social organizations, international organizations and
government partners;


Provide guidance to the legal team on the activities of the Women’s and
Children’s Legal Aid Center of ADWLE.

The
thing that interesting about working with ADWLE

Own
management and team are friendly, work together as a family, have teamwork,
help each other learn, give advice and open opportunities for everyone to
learn, share and participate in the organization.

The
things that make me want to work with ADWLE is the vision and mission of the
association, which is an organization that works to help society, especially to
help women and children access justice. I have a passion for social work since
I was a student and I have volunteered to be a social worker. After graduating
from law school, I would like to contribute to my social work.

I’m person who likes to learn new things, plant trees,
do agriculture. In my free time, I like to go on adventures and nature trips to
refresh my mind.
