On December 25–26, 2024, at Thakhaek Mai Restaurant in Thakhaek District, Khammouane
Province, ADWLE, in collaboration with PoNRE, organized a meeting to discuss and review the
implementation of the PIASVC project activities in Bolikhan and Pakkading District,
Bolikhamxay Province. The purpose of the meeting was to facilitate the exchange of experiences
from previous activities carried out in both districts.
Participants included representatives from the central, provincial, and district steering
committees, the association, and other relevant provincial and district departments. The meeting
took place in an engaging and collaborative environment, allowing participants to share best
practices, challenges encountered, and recommendations for future implementation

Results

• A report detailing the completed activities, including indicators, advantages, and
  challenges, has been prepared for review at the meeting.
• The draft activity plan for the period from January to June 2025 has been approved.
• Feedback from the central, provincial, and district levels has highlighted issues in the
  coordination process. This feedback will inform the development of solutions to
  address these challenges and ensure the project is implemented as planned, achieving
  its intended objectives successfully.
